With over 19 years of legal experience in the fields of securities and M&A, Ms. LIN has led a number of high-profile listing and M&A deals. 

In the past year, Ms. LIN, as the legal advisor of the listed company, has provided legal service in COSCO SHIPPING Development's issue of shares to COSCO SHIPPING Investment to purchase its 100% of equity interest in Huanyu Qidong, 100% of equity interest in Huanyu Technology and 100% of equity interest in Huanyu Qingdao as well as associated fund raising project.  Additionally, she and her team have also provided legal service for material asset restructuring of Feilo Acoustics to improve the financial condition and enhance the operation capacity of the listed company.
